Jon Langford is a Welsh born & bred artist musician who lives in Chicago. He’s lived there since the early 1990’s but still manages to view his adopted country and its culture with an outsider’s eye. His painting “Disposable” addresses the working class creators of country music who were neither adequately compensated or given proper credit for the great music they created. “The Cuckoo” pays homage to a classic of English & American country music, the song of the same name.
